According to JPMorgan analysts, the price of Bitcoin could rise to USD 165,000 by the end of the year.

The bank’s report says Bitcoin’s volatility relative to gold has fallen below 2.0, meaning Bitcoin now consumes only 1.85 times as much risk capital as gold. Based on this ratio, Bitcoin’s current market value, estimated at USD 2.3 trillion, would need to grow by about 42%. The analysts said such an increase would take Bitcoin to USD 165,000, putting it on a par with the roughly USD 6 trillion of private investment in gold (through ETFs, bars and coins).
